I realize I post mainly in neutrals, shades of grey and taupe. It's not that I don't like and appreciate color, I just prefer the washed out tints and find them soothing. With the overcast sky and never-ending rain I've dealt with this week, I needed some brightness, some frivolity, to break through the dreary front.
The fake cashmere scarves on every street corner, with their stick-on "pashmina" labels peeling off, make me smile. I do love my $5 scarves. I love them in every color.
